Course Description
Suicide: Statistics, Assessment, Prevention & Interventions and Special Population Considerations discusses the issue of suicide from a global perspective, address risk factors unique to particular populations, and outline considerations for clinicians in the assessment and treatment of the suicidal client.
At the conclusion of this course, participants will be better able to recognize and understand various types of spousal/partner abuse, implement intervention strategies and utilize current assessment skills.
